The team at innovative prop tech investment company Sourced are celebrating after learning they have been shortlisted for two major awards.
Both the UK-wide Landlord Investment Show (LIS) Awards and the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce ceremony will take place next month. Sourced is a finalist in the ‘Prop Tech Company of the Year’ category for the LIS Awards and is competing in the ‘Digital and Technology’ category for the Liverpool prize.
Sourced Managing Director Stephen Moss was delighted on hearing the company had managed to become finalists for both prestigious events.
“What is particularly exciting about the news is that Sourced has only been in business for just over a year so to be recognised at such an early stage in our development is amazing” he said.
“And, of course, the shortlisted places are also a big thumbs up to how hard the team here have worked over the past 12 months. I really couldn’t be more proud of them. Their enthusiasm for getting the business not just off the ground, but putting it centre-stage in the world of online property investing, has been immense.”
Sourced provide a unique online platform for property investors – both new and seasoned – which offers free property training videos, has an online search function enabling investors to search through over 150,000 investment properties across the UK and also an invest section which offers investors hand-picked investment deals.
In addition, the experienced team of property investors at Sourced offer training, mentoring and franchise opportunities. At present they are the largest online training platform for property investment in the UK.
Since its inception in September 2017, Sourced has managed to secure more than £2,000,000 of contracted income for investors. It has also built a network of over 40 offices throughout the UK. That number is expected to increase substantially as the company expands its reach.
Moss added: “In a nutshell, what we’re doing is offering to hold hands with investors while they learn, search and invest. We will accompany them on their property investing journey as much or as little as they want. It’s all about what that particular individual feels comfortable with.
“When it comes to networking opportunities, in particular, there is very little to beat what an online platform like our own can offer property investors.”
In terms of digital reach, the Search platform attracts more than 100,000 investors a month.
To date the company are delighted with what they have achieved. But management here certainly aren’t prepared to rest on their laurels. Sourced investors can look forward to an app in the very near future, as well as more deals and a larger network to tap into, says Moss.
